are supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 and over the next 5 days we will be sharing information and
links with you.
The theme this year is Kindness.
Research has shown that kindness is an antidote to isolation and is so relevant during the current pandemic. Kindness to others as well as to ourselves can deepen friendships, boost our self-esteem and improve feelings of confidence and optimism.
