We are looking for a Front of House Receptionist to work at our exclusive personal training gym in London Bridge. You’ll be the first point of call for all clients and responsible for ensuring their first impression of The Fitting Rooms is worthy of our 5* rating!

The job:

Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the Fitting Rooms brand;
Effectively handle session bookings over the phone, in person and online;
Process cash and card payments and record details appropriately;
Ensuring changing rooms and gym equipment are clean and tidy;
Ensuring protein stock and toiletries are in stock and topped up.

You will receive £17,500 salary plus pension contributions and 20 days holiday. You will also have opportunity of working overtime hours.

This is a full-time role including a mix of early and late shifts during the week, as well as alternate Saturdays. Early shifts start at 6:15am and late shifts end at 9:30pm.

An added perk is that you will have access to our high-spec gym for your own training!
